Robert M T Jutson, Jr., (rmj@griffincap.ch) Managing Director. Mr. Jutson founded Griffin Capital in 1985 to acquire corporate real estate and arrange project finance and private equity capital for early- and growth-stage enterprises.

Recent clients include MTV Ukraine, Viatel Holding, Andersen Group/COMCOR TV, Cable & Wireless Plc, NTVPlus, Hughes Communications, Winstar Communications, Mobile Telecom of Russia and GlobeTel Communications' "Stratellite" aerospace project.

Mr. Jutson served as a Director of Dal Telecom International (1999-2002), the largest GSM operator in Far Eastern Russia. He was previously a limited partner of Fieldstone Private Capital Group, L.P., a spinoff of Bankers Trust Company, a Vice President of Eastdil Realty, Inc. and a Vice President of Gerald D. Hines Interests. Mr. Jutson graduated Rice University's School of Architecture and attended the Columbia University Graduate School of Business Administration.

Mr. Jutson has appeared on CNN International   (play video) regarding current events in Russia and presented to and chaired various finance and investment conferences sponsored by The Adam Smith Institute, AH Conferences, IBC Conferences, the Wireless Communications Association International, Institute for International Research and the VII Eurasian Business Summit. Peter J Kralj, (pjk@griffincap.ch) Managing Director. Mr. Kralj, a project and lease finance specialist in our London office, recently originated and closed over £150 million of Housing Association and University funding under the UK's Private Finance Initiative. In 1990, Mr. Kralj completed the lease financing of the first two gas fired electricity power stations at Corby and Peterborough in the UK at a capital cost of £225 million each. Both are combined cycle power projects associated with the privatisation of the UK electric power industry.

A lawyer, accountant and tax specialist by training, Mr. Kralj was previously with Bankers Trust Company (London) where he started the UK Special Products Group in 1979 with responsibility for tax based leasing including cross border large ticket deals and product development. Mr Kralj's group in London concluded in excess of £1 billion of domestic financing deals and approximately US$1 billion of cross border financings during the period that he headed the group. Prior to that, he was with Price Waterhouse in the UK and Australia where he specialized in tax.

Griffin's London office specializes in real estate finance with particular emphasis on securitisation of income flows and tax efficient structuring. Griffin has acted as principal in a number of transactions in the UK and mainland Europe. Although it specializes in raising senior debt it is able to participate as principal and provide equity on smaller and medium ticket deals.

Leana Y Savenkova, (lys@griffincap.ch) Director Broadband Infrastructure. Ms. Savenkova previously served as Senior Program Manager, Customer Sales Operations for Level 3 Communications Inc. where she was responsible for implementing a +$500 million nationwide dark fiber contract including intra city and metro segments. As Senior Manager, Business Development & Operations, Eastern and Central Europe for Formus Communications, she participated on the team which built a 28GHz broadband wireless network in Warsaw.

Ms. Savenkova was an Analyst in the Financial Advisory Services division of Ernst & Young (CIS) Limited Moscow and New York. She previously served as Project Manager for Volga Petroleum in Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod where she managed a staff of ten employees and was responsible for all aspects of retail expansion for the Russian petroleum intermediary. A US citizen, Ms. Savenkova has a Master of International Management in Finance from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business and a Diploma of Economic Qualification from the Academy of Science of the Russian Federation International School of Business.

Ricardo Paz Treviño, (rpt@griffincap.ch) Director, Secure Systems. Mr. Paz Treviño is an international trade specialist trained in wireless and wire-line telecommunications, specializing in the areas of Personal Security systems, including mobile (AVL) and fixed asset tracking, Ultra-Secure encryption-decryption algorithm development and analysis and international Conditional Access Systems and Security for Pay TV Systems, Internet applications, Video, Audio, and High/Low Speed Data and Telephony services via MMDS, LMDS, UHF, VHF Wireless Systems; GEO, MEO and LEO Satellite Communications.

Mr. Paz Treviño has served as a Senior Advisor and Operative to various agencies of the US government and several foreign government agencies for over 35 years and has worked as a Secure Communications Consultant and Commercial-Technical Due Diligence Specialist for numerous multinational entities including Titan, MicroSoft, TechnoCom, AT&T, INTEL, SBC Communications/TelMex, QualComm, NetBrasil, NTN Communications, ARTEAR (Grupo Clarin), OnSat Canada, Hughes' DirecTV/Galaxy, News Corp's SKY/SKY-Latin, EchoStar, Hispanic International Telecommunications Network, GlobalStar, SkyBridge, ViaSat, ORBCOMM, Leo ONE, Sky/Latin Quest, MicroGravity Corporation, Wireless Telematics, Welkin Systems, Integrated Cargo Management Systems, e-Monitoring Networks, Telefónica de España, Hilo Comunicaciones, TeleConsorcio S.A., Satellite Security Systems LLC and Via Digital.

Mr. Paz Treviño graduated from the University of Houston and Pepperdine University, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering (BSEE - Telecommunications Option) - 1967 magna cum laude; and Master in Business Administration (MBA - specializing in International Finance) - 1978 summa cum laude, respectively.
